It has been a long time since I last wrote a perfume post but as a lover of Viktor and Rolf flowerbomb, I really wanted to share my thoughts on their new Flowerbomb Midnight fragrance.
The flowerbomb fragrance has been my favourite scent for as long as I can remember. I vividly remember smelling it for the first time in Debenhams on Oxford Street around Christmas time and since then it has been my absolute go to luxury perfume.
Every time Viktor and Rolf release a new variation of flowerbomb I get so excited because flowerbomb smells so good, it is almost a given that the new scent will smell just as good. Flowerbomb Midnight is like the new sultry sister to the flowerbomb scent with more musky, sexy tones.
This scent is definitely an Autumn/Winter evening scent as it is very mysterious and seductive. The notes within it help to create a feminine evening fragrance that would elevate any look.
Fragrance Notes:
– Top Notes: Bergamot, Grenade Accord, Pink Pepper, Blackcurrant
– Heart Notes: Night-Blooming Jasmine, Freesia, Peony
– Base Notes: Patchouli, Praline, White Musk
Another reason why I love this fragrance so much is the packaging. I mean can we just talk about the packaging for a moment… it’s beautiful! The bottle looks like a little black dress equivalent, the perfume version, which I think is so fitting given it is designed for evening wear.
I also think it looks so chic and sophisticated like all the other flowerbomb fragrances. I love displaying all the gorgeous bottles and it makes me really excited to wear them.
The Flowerbomb Midnight fragrance was the scent that was missing from the Viktor and Rolf collection. All the other flowerbomb perfumes are more daytime fragrances, where I would 100% say the Midnight scent is definitely more of an evening smell.
Although naturally a pricier product ranging between £50 – £110. As it is a perfume the scent is stronger and lasts longer than an eau de toilette.
This fragrance is currently on offer at Feel Unique and would make the perfect treat for yourself or even a lovely gift for someone special.
